RTIA - International Expert - Support for the implementation of the continuing education strategy of the MENFOP of the Republic of Djibouti (M/F)

In January 2026, the Ministry of National Education and Vocational Training (MENFOP) submitted a request for technical assistance to the RTIA Facility. Following approval of the request, two experts from the Facility traveled to Djibouti in February to co-develop the Country Action Plan. The Djibouti Country Action Plan is fully aligned with sectoral priorities and ongoing educational reforms.
